Sébastien Giannini, Partner Chef

French Riviera native and passionate about French Cuisine, Sébastien Giannini brings two decades of experience leading the kitchen brigades at some of the most prestigious restaurants of France, Canada and the US. Sébastien is known for his generosity and modern touch on classic French dishes.

Hakim Hamid, Beverage Director

Known for directing one of the city’s leading bar programs at L’Annexe, Hamid keeps his pulse on the ever-changing industry trends.
